Capt. B. B. Sinha

Capt. Sinha began his career with The Shipping Corporation of India in 1976 as a Trainee Deck Officer and rose to become its Chairman & Managing Director in 2016. Throughout his tenure, he gained extensive experience across various shipping sectors, including commanding vessels and overseeing P&L responsibilities for services in Shanghai and the USA. He played a pivotal role in launching the India-US East Coast Consortium and was instrumental in SCI’s container services and the commissioning of the LNG Terminal at Dabhol, Maharashtra. Capt. Sinha’s strategic leadership and expertise have been key in shaping the success of our Bravo Ships’ operations and the industry.

Mr. Selvaraj Senthil Kumar

Mr. Senthil Kumar, a seasoned Marine Engineer with nearly 30 years of experience, transitioned from a successful maritime career to a leadership role onshore. He founded Penta Crystal, now Bravo Ship Management Pvt. Ltd, capitalizing on his extensive maritime expertise. With a solid engineering foundation and practical experience on bulk carriers and tankers, Mr. Senthil excels in drydock management, vessel inspections, crew training, safety protocols, and technical innovations. His dedication to excellence and continuous improvement has significantly enhanced Bravo Ships' operations for its clients.

With over 28 years in the Maritime Industry, Capt. Vijay Pal is renowned for his expertise in technical and commercial management. Starting as a cadet with the Shipping Corporation of India, he rose to command ocean-going vessels, gaining extensive seafaring experience. Ashore, he excelled in key roles in India, Hong Kong, and Singapore. As CEO of Azure Maritime and Managing Director of Centrix Maritime Services, Capt. Vijay showcased exceptional leadership, strategic acumen, and a proven track record in optimizing operations and meeting industry standards. His capabilities and commitment to excellence make him a vital part of the Bravo Ships team.
